RV site check-in is 1 PM, checkout is 12:00 PM (No refund for early departures). RV Park winter and summer rates based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to river district fees. There are extra charges for additional people. Any losses or damages to Resort property will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cabin checkout is 11:00 am (No refund for early departures). At least one guest in cabins must be 21 years old or older. NO SMOKING. Signs of smoking will result in a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee. Any losses or damages to Resort property will be charged to the credit card on file. Failure to comply with Resort policies will result in eviction without a refund.

LODGING CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation policy: Please reply to your confirmation email stating you need to cancel your reservation. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our office.
** Cancellations made outside of (fourteen) 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of $25. Cancellations made inside (fourteen)14 days of the arrival date will receive no refund.
Normal Cancellation Policy: 21 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY ON CABINS & RV SITES. 28 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY ON 3 OR MORE CABINS. A $25 handling fee will be charged for all date changes and cancellations. In order to receive a refund, you must e-mail a letter of cancellation at least 21 days (28 days for 3 or more cabins) prior to your arrival.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR GUESTS
If a guest (or visitor of a guest) damages Resort property, the cost will be charged to the imprinted credit card on file. During the summer season, all guests of the Resort will be required to wear wristbands in order to limit the Resort occupancy to registered guests only. We don’t take an imprint of Credit Card. Deposit is the card on file and will be charged accordingly.
THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED ON RESORT PREMISES:
Golf carts, kiddy cars, or ATV’s
No tents allowed (easy up canopies are permitted)
Generators or electric adapters
Fire-pits on legs are allowed except during burn bans. Do not place BBQ pits on wooden decks or picnic tables.
